Hello Everyone!

Things are happening around the club! Both of the ice machines were discovered to have been damaged in the ice storm and are now repaired, the dishwasher should no longer leak (please let me know if it does), the damaged tree is scheduled for removal on April 30th, the fire extinguishers are scheduled for service, and plenty of repairs have been getting done! We are looking for a new tire for our tire swing. If you can help source a decent condition large tire for our swing, please reach out to me. Join in this month's work party to really make sure the club is ready and beautiful for opening day!

The youth summer program is moving along nicely! We are waiting to hear back from the city about some financial aspects, but we should be appearing in the upcoming Recreation Guide and registration will open soon after the guide releases (mid April). The city has already had 6 people call and ask if there will be a sailing program this summer! There will be 4 spots in each class reserved for EYC members. We are looking for volunteers to help in the classes, even if you can only commit a day or 2 each week, your help would be appreciated! I will be out of town and unreachable from March 27th-April 5th. I will be off learning how to sail at a camp in the Florida Keys! They say that there is no service where we will be. I will try my best to respond to everyone quickly when I return.
